CardioFlex Therapy is excited to announce our joining of Health Net Federal Services on August 15, 2017.  As an In-Network provider of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, CardioFlex now accepts plans from Health Net Federal Services (HNFS).  CardioFlex Therapy performs Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy in our Outpatient Clinic, and in the homes of our patients.
HNFS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation, is an industry leader in developing comprehensive managed care programs for military families and has partnered for more than 28 years with the Department of Defense TRICARE program to provide health care to more than 2.9 million beneficiaries, including active duty and retired service members, National Guard and Reserve, and family members.
Additionally, HNFS partners with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide health care and community support to veterans through the Patient-Centered Community Care and Veterans Choice programs, as well as Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. Collectively, these programs and clinics improve and expand access to timely, quality health care to more than 1.7 million eligible veterans.
HNFS is focused on transforming the health of the community, one person at a time, and their mission is to provide better outcomes at lower costs.
